Can you work as part of a close-knit team? Are you willing to support your team when the going gets tough? Do you have the sensitivity and empathy required to deal with clients when they are distressed, confused or just need some extra time from you? Are you committed to maintaining and developing your skills by attending all necessary training? Are you prepared to work varying shifts including 2nd and 3rd shift, weekends, and holidays? Are you willing to commit yourself to assisting our clients with community inclusion, meaning that you will take them out to pursue their community goals including but not limited to leisure, recreation, clubs, sporting events, worship, and errands? Are you someone who is comfortable assisting an adult with their personal needs including but not limited to bathing, toileting and getting completely dressed? Are you someone who can always be relied on to be somewhere on time? Are you the person that others see as dependable? Are you someone who can follow routine, knowing that you may have to do the same things at the same time on most days, but are flexible enough to adjust to interruption to those said routines?
