The right candidate will enjoy interacting with clients, have experience working in a home health environment and have prior experience with home health.
Responsibilities:
Understand physical, mental, and emotional changes that occur in patients with a terminal illness and their families.
Provide care for patients in a home setting.
Assist in patient care and personal needs.
Maintain confidentiality of information about patients, families, and others involved in their care.
For the right candidate we are willing to get you certified to be a home health aid.
