WORLD FAMOUS (almost) Sports Bar and Restaurant needs a restaurant manager!
An almost world-famous Sports Bar and Chicken Wing Restaurant is looking for a ROCKSTAR manager to join their team in Columbus! This is one of the busiest stores in the concept and we need a passionate restaurant manager to join the team! With over 40 restaurants, this concept is super stable with plenty of room for career advancement, and quite frankly, they are a ton of fun to work for! Great benefits, quality of life, stability, and a salary between 38k and 46k doe! What is in it for you:
Salary to 46k 5 day / 45-hour work week GUARANTEED 50% of Medical for the entire family paid by the company with a low annual deductible (they offer a GAP plan that they pay for) Very reasonably priced, Dental and Vision insurance.
Bonus Plan paid quarterly based on profit AND meeting restaurant standards (2 ways to bonus!!) Service award paid annually based on time in the role - goes up every year (this is in place of a 401K - they give the employee back the money) PTO - 2 weeks a year after 4 months Closed all major holidays - Easter Sunday, Memorial Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve (early close), Christmas, New Years Eve (early close).
These are paid days off so managers work 1 less day that week.

We are open to any and all backgrounds - including no restaurant experience.
Again - team mentality and understanding financials are the most important as we believe we can teach people the restaurant business.
