Job Description:
Shipping and Receiving Clerk Works in transportation and warehousing of goods.
Assists in order fulfilment which may include light production assistance and ERP order fulfillment transactions.
Responsible for ensuring stock, supplies, materials, packages, and/or products are processed through the delivery and/or warehouse system efficiently and safely.

Responsibilities:
Assists in shipping and receiving to ensure timely inbound and outbound deliveries.
Coordinate with Production and Quality Management in facilitating order fulfillment using the ERP platform Global Shop.
Receive incoming product and materials and submit to Quality Control for inspection and document any damages or discrepancies for future reimbursement and reconciliation.
Assemble orders for shipment and review for accuracy and ensure all items are properly labeled according to customer requirements.
Select carriers for shipments based on rates, arrange transportation, and schedule pickup/deliveries to meet customer demand and preferred shipping system (USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.
).
Generate Bill of Ladings, packing slips, and other paperwork associated with shipping or receiving details.
Perform various manual labor tasks including, but not limited to, box making, labeling, picking/packing orders, and material replenishing.
Provide packaging, boxing, and crating for safe, reliable transportation of any goods and or services provided by B5 Systems, Inc.
Manage supplies and materials needed for transportation of products, military and commercial.
Ensure proper function of all machines in shipping/receiving area, including label maker, scales, printers, as well as occasional propane refilling for forklift.
Daily operate forklift and adhere to the forklift training and safety requirements while following mandatory personal safe lifting rules.
Observe all local, state, and federal highway and transportation laws in the rare occasion that delivery or pick up support is needed and obtain and or exchange necessary documentation.
Properly label and store all received inventory and warehouse supplies.

Fridays are utilized for overtime purposes.
