Proprietary Software Support Technician for TRIAD GSI Are you passionate about technology and helping users navigate complex software systems? We are seeking a Proprietary Software Support Technician to join our team.
In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance to clients using our proprietary software products.
Your primary tasks will include:
Troubleshooting:
Diagnosing and resolving software-related issues reported by users.
Documentation:
Creating and maintaining detailed documentation for common problems and solutions.
Customer Service:
Interacting with clients via phone, email, or chat to address inquiries and provide timely support.
Software Updates:
Assisting with software updates and patches.
Qualifications:
Strong problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in software troubleshooting and debugging.
Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
Familiarity with proprietary software systems.
High School diploma or equivalent.
Must pass an Ohio background check.
