Production Grinders

Job Description

 We are looking for production grinders to join our facility in the Xenia, Ohio area. Positions available are on first or second shift, with a starting pay between $12-$14.75/hr! Candidates must be available to work overtime, as production requires. Candidates are required to have reliable transportation as attendance is imperative for these roles! Reports To: Production Grinders report to the shift supervisor.  

Job Summary of Production Grinders: Production Grinders are responsible for ensuring that goods are processed in a timely and quality manner. Consistent use of hand tools and quality equipment is fundamental for these openings.  

General responsibilities of the Production Grinders are, but are not limited too;  

  • Use of hand tools to grind, sand and finish various metal products down to production quality standards.  

  • Use of quality measurement tools to ensure all parts meet quality specifications.  

  • Reading and understanding blueprints. 

  • Moving finished and raw materials in and out of work areas, using equipment and also physically moving.  

  • Assisting other departments in various tasks as production needs require.  


Qualifications of Production Grinders are, but are not limited too;  

  • A high school diploma/equivalent is not required for these openings.  

  • A valid driver's license and reliable transportation is required.  

  • Ability to sit, stand, kneel, stoop and bend regularly throughout an 8+ hour shift.  

  • Ability to work overtime as production needs required. Including coming in earlier than regular scheduled start time and working shifts on weekends.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
